as soon ad i add more than 5 shortcuts to the left panel in nautilus, which is also added on the places menu, it put them in a folder, is there a way to force more to show?

Unfortunately, that's hardcoded in the source.
You may want to file a bugreport on GNOME's bugzilla about that.
