    Dojo, jQuery, Scriptaculous

For the last couple of years I've used Scriptaculous and Prototype for my javascript development. I mean, nobody actually codes javascript anymore, do they? anyway, scriptaculous hasn't been updated since January. Nowadays people seem to be talking a lot more about jQuery, and Dojo appears to be the most feature-complete framework of them all.

What do you use? What should I use?
Please thank me! -> Yes, I am that shallow.
I have Ubuntu on my laptop, Kubuntu LMCE on my media center & Xubuntu on my server. Anyone want to employ me as teacher so I can run Edubuntu?

I currently use jquery and love it. I do want to try out Dojo though. They've been doing some nice things and have some nice tools I think I'd like. I can't recommend it though since I've not used it.

    Dont forget Mootools!
Visual framework, stacks, events, object oriented.

Maybe not the most complete framework, but its quite fast

I debated whetehr to include Mootools in my list, but it seems a little incomplete from this diagram: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Compari...ipt_frameworks

Lol, I guess I'm a bit old-school then, at work we use both jquery and prototype, but any work I do in javascript is normally something that doesn't fit nicely into a library, so I've never really looked at what's available, the UI guys add the library stuff. Hence I tend to write my own javascript from scratch when I'm doing my own stuff.

I use jQuery and MochiKit depending on what I need. MochiKit is great for stuff like dynamic DOM construction, while jQuery is great for manipulating existing DOM elements.
