I have xp and Ubuntu installed and i want to reinstall XP.
Will that delete Grub? If so, how can I restore it?

    Grub will indeed be deleted.

You can use the useful howto here to sort it out: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/ubunt...-wipes-it-out/

If you have more problems please reply!

    yes it will delete it,
and from what I have read installing grub on windows(after windows install) should get it working, but I do not know the exact configrations needed, as I never had to do it, someone should be able to clearify more.
