HOw to transfer all my NTSF FAT32 files, mount old drives?

Ok this one has me stumpelated and figured I best ask.
I have gigs of files I will need to transfer to UBUNTU system now, and they reside on windows drives. Can I just mount the drives? and then collect the data from there?
I am sure this has been asked before but I was not finding this in my searches, only the dual boot issues.

    Thanks for the help folks

Yes, just connect the drivers and access them by selecting them from the Places menu. As long as you're using the latest version of Ubuntu, you can read and write to NTFS file systems with no problems.
