Hardy: running secure Tor and privoxy? please post your config files here

I have recently reinstalled Hardy and am not able to get the Tor and privoxy applications to work. if you are running Hardy under a current configuration, could you attach your config files here? the location of them are:

/etc/tor/torrc
/etc/privoxy/config

please do not attach them if you have compromised your Tor security. i will attach mine in case someone would like to look at why they might not be working. i'd appreciate it if you'd let me and the community know if your torrc or privoxy config might not be secure due to spead tweaks or other modifications.

I am not sure why i cannot get it to run anymore.
