    Hi Every one,....


    How could i install Ruby Language in my Laptop

    i need it necessary & how could i compile & Run Ruby Files

    and how could i install NetBeans too

    To install all ruby files:
    Code:
    sudo apt-get install ruby-full
    To install netbeans:
    Code:
    sudo apt-get install netbeans

    In the top-left corner of a standard English Ubuntu install you have a menu. In that menu, navigate as following:
    Applications -> Add/Remove Applications. You can then browse the catalog of applications available from the Ubuntu repositories, and any other repositories you added.

    A more advanced interface called Synaptic can be found at System -> Administration -> Synaptic Package Manager

    Installing the full oracle-10g version is pretty complicated and is not something you can accomplish in one hour (without much linux experience), because it is not officially supported for ubuntu. I think they only provide rpm packages.
