Geo Coodinates & IP Address

Hello, im trying to make a simple application to a webpage. I need to get the coordinates from a given IP.

Is it possible? Is there any website that detects my IP and returns also my Coordinates? I could get that info from a script then.

AFAIK it can't be done with IP alone. The best you can hope to get is a 'very' rough location based on the service provider. But i might be wrong.
