hal-device-manager obsoleted?
Hi all,
While one of the updates/upgrades aptitude informs me that hal-device-manager is obsolete. Poking around on the forums I come across this link in the forums http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=588094 So my query is , is hal-device-manager obsoleted because of gnome-device-manager or something else altogether? Any and all advice, comments on the same would be appreciated. |

Re: hal-device-manager obsoleted?
This was the case with my machine as well. I just installed gnome-device-manager and purged hal-device-manager.
