    Question Conky (Equivalent) on Windows?

    Heya everyone! I was wondering if anyone knows of there is a Conky Windows equivalent that I could install.. Just something that runs in the background on my desktop.. I can't seem to find anything.

    You can try out Hardware Monitor which gives lot of options and flexibility in tracking hardware of Computer.

    Hope this solves the purpose. And yes its a freeware (I believe!!)

    Anyone tried Coolmon, BGInfo or TinyResMeter?

    Rainmeter is pretty kickass. I'd suggest using that. The default is kind of obtrusive, look around online for a better skin if you want.

    None will match up to conkys greatness though

    Sorry to resurrect a dead thread, I'm working on something similar for windows at http://code.google.com/p/wonky/ written in C# that might be what you want

    I found an amazing program that is identical to Conky, but for Windows. It uses 0.000000001% of system resources and is customized via an *.ini file. The screen below is from the dev's site.
