    "No Network Device Found"

I have a dv9500t hp laptop. I'm using Kubuntu and after installation the wireless worked perfectly with no ndiswrapper stuff.
I turned on my computer one day and found that the wireless suddenly stopped working. When I right click the icon, it simply says "No Network Device found."
Does anyone have a solution? I'm completely lost.

    Re: "No Network Device Found"

My laptop has a physical switch to turn wireless on and off. Sometimes, for no apparent reason it turns off and won't turn back on until I boot Windows Vista. Then I reboot Ubuntu and it sees the network again.

Did it work, and then you installed a kernel update? That could knock it out.

You have to re-install the wireless device. I don't know exactly how you did it, so give me some info. Adapter make, and method of installation.
