I'm having a problem with my A-link WL54USB. The network connection itself is fine once you get it up, but if I reboot the computer or even log out, the connection information is lost. The only way I seem to be able to get the wireless connection up and running is by going to System -> Administration -> Network and there after unlocking I select the Wireless connection, press Properties, uncheck the Enable roaming mode and then insert the Password type and Network pasword. If I leave the roaming mode checked, the computer refuses to talk to the network. Either way I do this, the Wireless Networks window that apparently should list all the available wireless networks remains totally blank. So, is there a way to get the computer to remember the settings?
