I am using a 250gb sata ii drive in an alaska integral esata box with usb 2 but find it slow.I thought I can use the esata cable but I'll need to fit an esata pcima express card into my dell vostro 1000 laptop's slot.Looking around show's very little love for linux driver's, has anyone got one working.I will then try to dual boot with windoze on the esata box and ubuntu 8 on laptop as my main os.I'll just need to configure grub and know the process as ubuntu already on laptop.

Thanks in advance Steve
