I have a hawking bluetooth wireless adapter (had it for years) that I used to connect my phone and windows... well, I quit tweaking my phone so I haven't used for a long while! now I got a new phone and would like to connect it via bluetooth in ubuntu + I'd like to use it to connect my bluetooth headphones but I have NO idea how to set it um under ubuntu. There is no driver for linux and the default bluetooth manager in ubuntu does not detect it.
Here's the adapter:

Is there a way to "force" ubuntu to detect it (nothing happened when I connected it to my comp...)? If not, can anyone suggest an adapter that supports linux?
thanks!!
