Problem with screen refreshment Open Office

Hi, I have troubles with Open Office on Ubuntu 8.04. When scrolling through a document (or a spreadsheet) the screen doesn't refresh correctly as shown in the attached screen shot.

I work on a Dell Precision M65 with an NVIDIA Quadro FX 350M 256MB.

Open Office is the only application in which this problem occurs. Can anybody help me?
