i found a thread saying to install xine plugin but it didn't work..
i also tried adding it as a radiostation in rhythmbox and vlc

ps. still on ubuntu 7.10

I can play it with mplayer from the command line like this:-

mplayer mms://62.103.164.228:8080/kosmos

Then wait 2 minutes for it to feed through.

When I followed your link, the Kosmos web page tried to open a window to play the station in Firefox. But it wouldn't load properly for me.
So I right-clicked the window and used 'Copy URL', then I pasted it into Text Editor to inspect it.
