autocad does not run in virtualbox

with windows as guest os under ubuntu host os. many cad s/w work fine, but not autocad. any reason?

autocad too, but it needs high machine memory and good pc, you can increase memory machine in virtualbox machine/general configuration

I have autocad running with Virtualbox with Hardy as host winXP as guest.
Works fine. 2gigs of mem for the host. Autocad 2009
