    GL Desktop -Desktop effects

    hey everyone,
while ago when i had ubuntu i used to have the desktop effects working, and i remember two programs, one of them is the"advanced desktop effects" that i already downloaded, and the other is GL or OpenGL Desktop...which is a program with the same foot thing as gnome has...but i remember its not called GL Desktop when you search it in synpatic package manager, any ideas?

    Re: GL Desktop -Desktop effects

I cant exactly remember the name, but i believe there is no point in using it now since, if i remember correclty, it was for eariler versions of compiz, before the compiz/beryl merge into compiz fusion.

please correct me if i am wrong.
