Really stuck using a Belkin F5D7000 1133uk card

I've looked at loads of threads here and I can't find anything about this...

The driver appears to be installed, iwconfig sees the card as wlan.

Now, the network manager thing in the tpo right does not see any wifi networks, and the lights on the card to not light up at all.

Is the card in power saving mode or something? I really need to fix this...

EDIT: fixed after a bit of madness... I had to download some firmware but it's now working fine.
