im having troube with compiling on Edgy. It says it cannot find Ruby installed, when in fact it is installed. Sorry for posting after long time, but its better than making new thread, no?
This is still helpful for Gutsy. At least for those who love to have always the latest amarok.
Well I hosed my system by accident trying to compile amarok. It is my own fault but some know the scenario. Removing conflicting packages to install the dependencies for compiling amarok did the damage.
Anyways I fixed the damage but wondered if any one out there might take pity on me and post a package that would conflict with my feisty install. I am really trying to get esd support that is the purpose for all this.
Thanks all, and I dont think I could go through compiling again unless somebody can really tell me about how to do this in feisty.
