    help with Ubuntu

Hi to all, I have downloaded BitTorrent 4.1.5.tar.gz. I created a
folder called Down Load files in the Home/Dave/Down Load Files. The
BiTTorrent file is in there. I double clicked on the file and got a
file BiTTorent 4.1.5 this has a bunch of files and folders in it. Now
that I have this I don't know what to do next.
Also is there an explanation of the Ubuntu file system some
    where?

    Thanks
    Dave

    Re: help with Ubuntu

Are you trying to install BitTorrent? If you are, then you can do it the way you have started out on, but it is easier to get hold of a .deb file, instead of a .tar.gz file. Get it from here (at the very bottom). I think in Ubuntu if you double click this file, it will install it for you.
