    Hard drive insomnia

    I have searched and searched this forum an article that would help, to no avail. My hard drive won't stop spinning when I suspend. It is a gateway desktop about 6 years old. Same result with different drives. Suspend works fine otherwise. I have gutsy with KDE, KUBUNTU.
