[SOLVED] Totem chrashes when I resize window

When I open video file in Totem I can not resize window or go fullscreen. Totem chrashes immediately. I reinstalled Totem but it didn't work, I'm having Ubuntu 8.04.

Problem solved. Just needed to turn off visual effects (in Appearance Preferences). Now when they are on minimum everything works fine.

Solved it for me too.
A shame for the nice eye candy elements but I prefer functionality above visual effects.

Anyway, if a anybody knows a fix, without killing the visual effects, share it here.
