    Red face Re: Tamil Unicode

Sorry if I am cross posting. Using Scim-bridge in Ubuntu 8.04.1 am using the phonetic tamil layout. Everything is fine except that if I type "nalam" in English to get "நலம்" in Tamil, I get only "னலம்" . Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

    Re: Tamil Unicode

I see that my post comes very late.. but anyway...

'n' represents 'ன்'. To get 'ந்' you need to type 'w'. Hope that helps!
