Custom mouse cursor theme - busy cursor didn't change?

I'm on 8.04, and I've installed a custom mouse cursor theme (found on gnome-look.org, the "Shere_Khan_X" theme) successfully. Btw, half the resources online for anything to do with custom cursors are completely outdated - half show custom icons being done under the mouse prefs, some using gcursor (which still doesn't seem to work right under 8.04?), etc. Anyway....

The theme works, except the "busy" cursor (the one with the busy indicator over the pointer cursor). It still shows the default Ubuntu cursor. I've noticed this with other themes I've tried, too. I'm not sure what to try now - any ideas?

Hrm....weird. It seems to be working now? I closed Firefox and started it back up and now it's right. Strange.
