    Red face Problem with resolution on ati radeon 7000

    Helo

    Do you know where i cane change resolution of my external monitor to have 1680x1050 ???

    On 7.04 i could do that in xorg.conf but now it not works there ... the graphical tool allows me to have only 1280x1024.

    On ubuntu 7.04 after editing xorg.conf i could have 1680x1050

    i have thinkpad x31 with radeon 7000

    wow best I can get on my radeon 7000 is 800x600

    other names for that video card are M6 andibeen getting hires on ubuntu 7.04 with no problem...

    I am using Ubuntu 8.04, Drivers worked on 7.04 but stoped with the upgrade.
