Where can i find Envyng-Core?

i need to install a driver for my ati card, just installed unbuntu and the website which hosts ENVY(the application for installing drivers) Does not have a link to its own program....only the ones Before Envyng(Hardy) it has the lower ones. I check the direcitons and it asks me to install Envyng-Core (which they dont link) -_- so where may i find Envyng-core? a link would help plese
