Well, I got this computer today, and there's no Owner accout. Just 1 administrator account. How do I get the Owner account back on? Do I have to reinstall?

It goes straight to Desktop
OKay if you open a file browser/home folder , who is listed ? Mine reads "demo" Are you in need of the admin password ? Or do you just need another user account ?

It says "owner", but the owner is an administrator account, so I need it to be made the actual owner account.
Any user can have admin privileges, so I'm not sure what your asking. I think your confusing owner privileges of a Windows computer and the admin privileges on a Linux computer. So I'm guessing you installed the operating system with the user asand no other user.Code:owner
I have just one user on this computer and my account is both user/owner and admin per account privileges.

There are the three levels of the accounts in Ubuntu: User, Admin, and Owner.
The account that was the OWNER account is now just an ADMIN account.
How do I switch this back?
Your definitely off the mark a little with this please read the following info https://help.ubuntu.com/10.10/server...anagement.html
