When i use firefox in hardy h the letters are gigantic and go off the screen. font adj dont fix it.

It only does this when i load hardy h within windows. If i load it as a standalone, it works fine.
Within windows , I downloaded firefox direct from site to desktop.
How do I install it to see if problem is in ubuntus firefox only.? It is a tar file and double click does nothing.
Maybe this is a bug in the emulation load only?
