[SOLVED] Yellow scanner output

I own a Microtek 4800 scanner and finally got it working. Now I have a problem I can't seem to fix. The output of my scans have a yellow tint to them. I have tried adjusting gamma, brightness, and contrast with no luck. I have included a picture to show what I am talking about.

Damn, thats pretty yellow...

Few questions....

What software did you use to scan?
Tried any other software?
Sure no one changed the bulb to yellow?

First that is a brand new scanner tube. Second I used both xsane and kooka with the same results. Have tried both the libsane-sm3840.so.1.0.15 and libsane-sm3840.so.1.1.0 drivers and they still produce the yellow/green tint in the pictures.

Have contacted SANE and they believe the driver has a problem.
