    Question Cannot Upgrade

    Hello i want to Upgrade my Ubuntu but why is
    when i want to Upgrade Using Terminal i found this

    Code:
    root@reyhan-desktop:/home/reyhan# apt-get upgrade
    Reading package lists... Done
    Building dependency tree       
    Reading state information... Done
    The following packages have been kept back:
      libtotem-plparser10
    0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 1 not upgraded.
    Is there something wrong?

    See the thread (currently) right below yours.
    I do not use Ubuntu any more, nor have I ever used Gnome. Therefore, I tend to give advice that is distro- and DE-agnostic, which, while perhaps not the easiest way, will allow you to move freely between machines.

    Is there something wrong?
    If you want to upgrade use the update manager to make sure the system your running is up to date then hit the upgrade at the top of the page.
    It looked like you were using the root terminal and incorrect commands to upgrade, I could be wrong though. Upgrade manger is the easiest way to upgrade other than getting a daily ISO CD desktop and upgrading that way.
