Strange problem with dual-monitor + PICTURE

I add a second monitor(TV) with nvidia-setting and strange thing happened:
it seems that notification area isn't working for some reason..

this is my xorg.conf file after the change:
    Code:
    # nvidia-settings: X configuration file generated by nvidia-settings
    # nvidia-settings: version 1.0 (buildd@vernadsky) Tue Mar 4 20:24:34 UTC 2008

        EndSubSection
    EndSection
I checked and that happened only with the second monitor I dont have any idea why

Another problem(I think..) is that when I press "right click" on something it takes a long time till the menu is loaded(also when click on Applications or Places etc..) but I think is a compiz problem, I will try to get over compiz setting.
EDIT: the second problem seams to be OK on the tv screen (means that the fade time on my tv is ok..)

    Thanks assaf
