Why does sound only come out at once place at once. If I have FF up playing some sound on some site then I have to close it to get sound from VLC and the other way around. I have Hardy Heron and Im using the standard Alsa thingy.

<snip> Ive been using linux and the forum for soon 2 years. And I have searched alot both on this forum, other forums and google and I cant seem to find the solution. Ive tried a few things that It thought might help like alsa-oss but I dont quite get this stuff. It worked out of the box on my previous 7.10 install.
