Is there any way to do this? I saw some program online that can for previous ubunutu releases, but it said that it does not work with Hardy. Actually, does anyone know if you can use virtualbox in a wubi install? I tried installing it and I kept getting errors, which is why I decided to transfer my install to it's own partition. Thanks.

Yes you get get virtualbox running on wubi, there will be no difference from a normal installation.
