    Networking Issues

    I cannot see my xp pc in places >Network >Windows Network. Do I have to do anything to find xp. Sorry if I am repeating a previous thread. A link to it would be nice also.

    I think you need a share on the xp, otherwise it doesn't show up. Also, you might need smbclient installed as well. (It's been awhile since I've setup a windows share )

    I have smbclient installed and share enabled on windows. Nothing at all shows up in windows network.

    Try the "Connect to Server" option - sometimes it works better for me.
