atheros 2413 "UNCLAIMED" after update to 8.04

I have a dlink wireless NIC and when I first got ubuntu it work right out of the box. When I updated this time though wireless no longer works.
When I type 'lshw -C network" the adapter comes up but as "UNCLAIMED" so it has no logical name, which used to be ath0, how do I fix this?

I have Atheros2413 in my FSC Amilo L laptop, and experience something similar. Wifi works from the Live CD, and also for the first 2-3 runs of Hardy, then after doing the recommended updates, wifi is gone, no logical name under lshw etc.. I also saw other posts that mention that Hardy update kill the wifi card, but no solutions so far.
