The explanation in the thread , "closed for staff review" is reasonably clear. Staff will review the suitability of the thread content and legality .

And my first thoughts are , it should remain closed .

Aye, that's why Nintendo is suing those guys who make a chip (which is also illegal) to put inside the wii box so it can play copied wii games.

@ tux ice , this is why we have to be so carefull. So many of these companies are so unreasonable with this type of thing. And as staff we have to protect the Forum and its owners.
