So I've been told that you can get AA on linux, excpet you can't play on PB enabled servers, is there any way around this? And if how, please explain.
Thanks!

The last native version of America's Army for Linux was version 2.5. You can play on PunkBuster servers fine.
sweet, but will I be able to play on the 2.8.3.01?
I haven't tried running AA in Wine, but the listing for version 2.8.3 at the AppDB says:
Also, another annoying bug listed is:Non-PB servers work fine, but PB servers kick within one minute for an unknown Windows API function. To update PB outside the game, go to your AA installation, then System/pbsetup and execute "wine ./pbsetup.exe". Add America's Army and update it. This will bring PB to the latest version. Sometimes logging in will fail with Wine mentioning a "failed to create stream" error. Removing System/AA.key will fix this.
Some people have submitted patches for the mouse problem (affects many games) but I haven't tried any patches, even though SWAT 4 and Rainbow Six: Raven Shield (games I really wish I could play properly) are also affected by this since they use the Unreal engine.Mouse still leaves the window.
I recommend just playing 2.5 to avoid the hassle.

Details about what? If you mean getting AA 2.5, you can get it here:

You can find other mirrors if that one doesn't work by searching for this file name in a search engine: armyops250linux.run
