    Sticky Edges and Hiding Bars

I cant seem to find the settings that cause my windows to stick to the edges of the screen and to also push the title bar or status bar behind the panels at top and bottom.
how do i disable these actions?

The top panel is something that I don't think you can do anything about really, except for resizing the window past it, but the stickiness you refer too is being caused by wobbly. Go into CCSM > Wobbly Windows > and uncheck snap inverted.
