Webilder and Ubuntu 8.04

I've tried searching but I can't seem to find very much information about using Webilder in Hardy Heron.

If anyone can help, I have a couple of questions about Webilder:

1. Does Webilder work properly in Heron?

2. Is the main Webilder site still maintained and updated? It appears that the latest version is over a year old.

3. Is there a link somewhere with specific instructions for installing Webilder into Hardy Heron?
