Trouble with Updating ATI Driver for Direct Rendering

When I run "$ sudo rm /usr/src/fglrx-kernel*.deb", it states there's no such directory, is that fine?

How do I get my computer to remove the imaginary ATI card according to the log?

not sure how much this will help but i wrote a mini tutorial for getting fglrx to work. its worked for me on every ATI card i've tried it one (3 or 4 different computers)... good luck!
