In CCSM Raise On Click Wont Stay Checked

Im running Compiz-Fusion 0.7 and I'm trying to set the raise on click option in CCSM, its in general options and then under focus and raise behavior. Whenever I click the box next to it the check mark appears then disappears about a second later. I tried to run CCSM in the terminal but it didnt give me any additional output. Its really annoying to have to click the title bar of an app when I want to raise it.

Go into Preferences and Export your profile. Change backend to flat-file and import it again. See if it helped.
