installing Xubuntu without a CD burner

ok, i'm sure y'all are gettin tired of hearin this one from me, but i'm still stumped on it. im currently running Fluxbuntu on my Dell Dimension desktop running a 500 MHz processor and 128 MB of RAM. i'm wanting to switch to Xubuntu since Fluxbuntu isn't supported by the Ubuntu update servers, thus keeping me from upgrading to Hardy, but i have no CD burner nor do i have access to one. i'm currently downloading the Xubuntu alternate ISO image via Lubi to see if that could possibly install it then move the install to a dedicated partition, but i'm open to suggestions in case that doesn't work, if at best could someone point me in the direction to possibly install Xubuntu via a floppy install?

    much thanx y'all

    Phil

Maybe just getting a CD-RW drive would be a lot less bother?
