command line torrent clinet for server

Does anyone know of a good command line torrent client that supports blocklists. It would be nice to run one on my ubuntu server which I can ssh into. I looked into rtorrent but it does not seem to support that functionality.

Perhaps transmission (the command line client should be transmission-cli). From the features page it says it does intelligent blocking of peers who send bad chunks so perhaps it can do blocklisting as well.
