Bi-directional sync to FTP

Hello everyone,

I'm looking to sync to and from an external FTP host. I understand Unison would have been ideal, unfortunately I cannot install anything on the external machine.

Ideally it's something I can control through terminal (I'm on OSX and want to sync a share on my ubuntu box.)

A solution I found so far is the windows app Syncback, but I would really regret having to boot into windows each time I'd like to sync.

Can you recommend anything? Thank you!

I think filezilla has a sync command in it.
