Hi everbody,
I upgraded from Gutsy to Hardy yesterday. I then found out that it would be a good idea to keep my "home" folder in a sparate partition. So I made a new partition and moved "home" to it. Then I made a clean install of Hardy and used the new partition as home. I didn't lose any data, but now I wasn't able to run my Windows XP machine in Virtualbox. It was denying me access to XP.vdi. So I changed permissions for that file. Now it has access to the file, but when I try to boot it I get "A Disk Read Error Occured. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart". I tried to completely remove and reistall virtualbox while saving the .vdi file on my Desktop. Then I replaced the .vdi into the VirtualBox/VDI folder. But the same thing again. Can anyone help me?
Thank you.
