JeOS 64 bit guest?

Is the JeOS install package a 32bit-only kernel or can you create a true 64bit vm guest O/S with it? (i.e. for EM64T and with para-virtualisation features compiled ON)

If not, how hard would it be to take the build process for the 32bit edition and generate the equivalent 64 bit one?

(Is the build process itself openly available or is that 'proprietary' to canonical?

Failing that, does the 'full' Ubuntu server 64bit build have the paravirtualisation stuff?
