    Question Question on Icon/File Text Length

    Is it possible to make the file name text auto-hide after so many characters? Some of my files have really long names and it would be nice if I didn't see the entire filename unless I click on it. I know Windows has something like this by default. I looked in the nautilus configuration and didn't find what I was looking for.
