    sloppy streaming video

i have been trying to watch streaming video (hockey playoffs from cbc.ca if you want to test it) but its sloppy and full of 'squares' and wutnot... so i tried it on my wifes laptop and it works fine in media player... is there a way to enhance playback? (its not deinterlace)... i may be wrong but it seems like a refresh rate problem... but i have no idea how to check/fix that...

Try streaming it with epiphany or seamonkey is what I meant to suggest...see if the problem goes away. Both browsers are in synaptic package manager...look at the iceape packages for installing seamonkey.
