    Question Where did the customization option go in 8.04

    hello,

    Well, i've recently installed Ubuntu 8.04 RC.
    But i can't find how to customize the desktop effects with compiz.

    In 7.10 i found it under System->Preferences->Appearance->Visual effects.
    But i Cant find it in Hardy.

    How can i find it?

    Try searching Add/Remove or Synaptic for "compiz". You'll then be able to install the "Advanced Desktop Settings" option. I think I actually found it in Add/Remove after enabling all the repositories.

    Thank you, i found it in Add/Remove.

    Installed an advanced something and now i have it all, but under a own entry in settings Thank you.
