A Carafe of Ubuntu
I run a dual monitor system, knocked one of the cables out, I have toolbars on both screens. In any case, I reset the system and now they're gone, not a problem except I have no idea on how to make new ones from scratch (rather then cloning one from one already present). Any ideas!? Thanks!

If you are talking about the panels at the top and bottom, if you have one open you can right click and click new and drag it wherever you want it. if you dont have any go to your terminal and type
"gnome-panel"
and it will start you a new one
